I hate this new change - I am usually working from 9pm till 3am and now i cannot see my tasks in a full picture. Instead some of them just diseapire and showing up on the mext day. super terrible for visibility and moving tasks

Setting to extend Days End time has been added in 2.1 alongside various other improvements.

Thank you so much for the feedback and bug report! I really appreciate it and if you find any more please add them to the list, also I'm sorry for the issues in the new version. I'll make sure to address a fix for this in version 2.0.2, v2.0.1 is almost ready to be released.. just waiting for the Mac app review approval. 
I'm thinking perhaps a setting for an editable end of day time, for users like yourself that work through the night - I'll have a good think about the best approach!
